As a physician with more than twenty years of experience in private practice, I know how difficult it can be to choose a doctor you feel comfortable with, so I want to briefly introduce myself and my practice to you.
Years of practice have taught me that prevention is the most important medical intervention and listening is one of the most critical medical skills. As a physician, I want to make sure my patient’s concerns are heard and that medical conditions are addressed and treated.
I practice western medicine with a holistic and integrative approach working with patients in the treatment of acute and chronic illness. I design a treatment and disease prevention plan according to each individual’s condition and comfort level. In the last several years, I have been successfully using natural bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women facing the challenges of hormonal imbalances to regain and maintain vitality at mid-life. Consequently, hormone balancing and the avenues for optimal health at mid-life have become the focus of my current clinical practice.
I am very fortunate to have an excellent clinician, Ling Huang, in our clinic. Our goal is to help you to achieve your physical, emotional and spiritual health, and live your life to the fullest extent.

I have worked as an acupuncturist and traditional Chinese medicine practitioner for more than 13 years, healing thousands of patients through acupuncture and herbal therapy.
Having trained as a physician in western and traditional Chinese medicine at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in mainland China, I have noticed that this combination of treatment approaches is a more effective gateway for obtaining optimal health.
Having worked at Shuguang Hospital of Shanghai, had a private practice in Indonesia and being an acupuncturist and herbalist in CA, I have lots of experience in treating people of different ethnicities. From my clinical experience I have learned that a listening ear, careful observation and a concerned heart are the keys to successful treatment.
It is my pleasure to join the Integrative Wellness Center to help patients gain optimal health and well-being. I have many patients who are middle aged, facing hormone imbalance and the aging process while also often suffering from pain, emotional stress, sleep disturbances, headaches and fatigue among other symptoms. I have been able to help them to achieve wellness and improve their quality of life. I look forward to working with you to reach your goal of optimal health.
